The Built Environment creates a physical space where human made conditions can enhance our capabilities, as well as impact climate change, merging what is real to what has become artificial. Perception is subjective reality.

High Rise living spaces are built to be camouflaged into the landscape by gardens and trees on roof tops and balconies across all sides. Our new reality of living above land, is to be living with land. This “urban geometry”, the relationship between city layouts, building construction and density is a contributor to magnifying the heat and warming in cities.

This significantly contributes to climate change due to an increased carbon footprint from construction materials, energy consumption, and by trapping heat within city landscapes, making them generally considered less sustainable than lower-rise buildings when considering climate change impacts.  These structural living spaces develop a new evolution of ideology.
